Mark grew up with an “out of the box mentality”, a passion for entrepreneurship at a very young age, and a huge desire to help others. Since the age of 12 Mark has had a background in sponsored skateboarding, extreme sports, competitive running, later years molding into the world of Calisthenics, Obstacle Racing and Ninja Warrior.

After college Mark was driven to start a business and fueled by the passion in the fitness industry with a vision to create a place that he always dreamed of training in. After years of determination and pure grit to prove a concept that had never been tried, tested or proven iCORE Fitness was born.  The end result is a lifestyle brand of the best and most unique fitness trainers and enthusiasts that use calisthenics, movement, and camaraderie to create a driven, all-encompassing atmosphere unmatched in the industry of fitness.

Mark has since expanded the growth in the niche industry of Ninja Warrior and Calisthenics training and is on the board of directors for the National Ninja League (a nationwide competition hosted in facilities around the country) as well as the start of the National Bar League (a series of calisthenic freestyle competitions).

Cajua has been training in Strength and Conditioning, Ninja Warrior and Calisthenics for the past decade. Cajua is a business major from Widener University with a strong passion in, management and fitness. His dedication and commitment to the iCORE Brand is very apparent as he is known for pouring himself into clients young and young at heart to help better themselves on a daily basis. Since the inception of the national ninja league, he has been prepping our athletes for elite performance at NNL competitions to great success. He runs an NNL team workout and is available for calisthenics, ninja warrior, and obstacle private training session via appointment.

Luke has been competitive in athletics since a young age. Growing up his interests lied more in the weight room than on the field, and he began his journey teaching himself gymnastics, martial arts, and weightlifting. Throughout his college career, he began training and competing in the sports of Judo and Weightlifting, competing in the 73 and 77kg classes. As a student of Exercise Science, Luke has dedicated his career to understanding and researching sports science and strength and conditioning, training hundreds of athletes across different sports in the NCAA D1 to D3 level, and plans on furthering his education this upcoming year at the graduate school level.

Sharing is Caring with Bryce Adams. With more than 5 years of full-time professional experience, Bryce specializes in Parkour, Trampoline, and Tricking. Bryce has won top place in many competitions for his versatility in his sport and is extremely well-known in the Tri-State area for being elite in the aspect of progressions and training individuals from beginner to advanced levels of Parkour, Trampolines and Tricking skills. His passion to better himself daily is seen in his dedication to rigid structure coupled with his training regime. He has meshed himself in the iCORE family and has been a pivotal part that mastered the art and created a full-time living for himself helping others with his programming to create an unmatched atmosphere that has transformed the beginner to elite on a daily basis.
