Obstacle Course Race training is a unique and fun way to workout, build strength, gain endurance and challenge yourself mentally and physically. Scalable for beginner to elite athletes, OCR will prepare you for spartan races, savage races, tough mudders, mud runs, and life’s everyday obstacles while building functional muscle. OCR is a high energy, camaraderie driven instructor lead group fitness class.
