What is the Foundations of Strength Class
Designed to make you your own coach, our foundations of strength class is a scientifically backed hour-long weekly workshop that teaches the basic, functional movements that build strength. We cover a different topic in strength training each week, that require no prior experience.
Open Gym Hours:
Monday – Thursday 4pm-9pm (Members Only)
Friday 4Pm-9pm (Drop-ins Welcome)
Saturday 11am-9pm (Drop-ins Welcome)
Sunday 12pm-7pm (Drop-ins Welcome)
